My Goal!!!!!!!
One of the main things I want to accomplish is keeping a 4.0 GPA this semester, year, and throughout my college years.
1.) My personal strengths are... Diligence and Perseverance; Hope and Optimism; Kindness and Generosity; Capacity to love and Be loved; Honesty and Genuineness. These strengths will help me because I will work hard through the ups and downs and keep a positive outlook on what lies in front of me. I will put in my best effort into every piece of every class and work as hard as I can to succeed to the best of my ability. I know there will be bumps, but I will stay positive and work through it.
2.) I can use my professors, classmates, and parents. Professors and classmates will help me with the class and any questions that I may have. They will help me grow and become successful in that course and we can work together as a team to do the best for everyone. My parents are always there for me to support me and get me through anything. They know how to motivate me and will help me do my best. They keep me concentrated and motivated all the time.
3.) Hard Classes
Failing an exam
Bad professor: not a great teacher
Not understanding material
4.) Every time that I do well and get an A on a test I can take myself out for dinner and have a great meal and then go to bed early and refresh my body from all of the time that I worked towards studying to do well on the exam. I can buy little gifts as well that will keep me happy throughout my years, so I can always want to do better.
Michael, these are all great ideas! Just for future note--you only have to pick ONE of the choices for the blog for each blog entry. Having said that, I really enjoyed reading all of your responses & I think putting down everything you did--how you can use your hope & optimism, who you know is there to support you, how you can reward yourself, etc., will pay off as you work towards your goal!
